- Perform daily general ledger and cash reconciliations using Excel.
- Assist with month/year-end closing procedures.
- Aid in preparing monthly financial comparatives for corporate reporting.
- Create amortization/depreciation schedules.
- Conduct weekly bank reconciliations for all operating bank accounts.
- Calculate daily cash requirements.
- Initiate daily ach and wire transfers.
- Handle intercompany transactions for fund transfers.
- Review and process invoices, issue payments via check, ach, and wire.
- Apply payments within the servicing system for accounts receivable.
- Process NSF payments on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
