Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits.

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a stellar Manager of Data Reporting & Assessment Operations with a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of work experience in consulting, education, technology, and/or data reporting. The ideal Manager of Data Reporting & Assessment Operations is fueled by a passion for continuous improvement, has sharp attention to detail, is an excellent writer that loves to share powerful stories using data, and builds scalable systems for our schools.

In the Manager of Data Reporting & Assessment Operations role at Zeta, you will support our team to ensure that Zeta has strong systems for sharing Zeta's powerful story through our data with external partners and ensuring strong assessment operations in service of providing a world-class schooling experience. The Data Excellence Team plays a key role in providing stakeholders with the data they need to drive action, building scalable systems, sharing our powerful Zeta story through our data with internal and external leaders, and creating innovative tools that help to ensure our goals are met.

You will support Zeta's data reporting and systems through:
  • Narrative Development Using Data: Act as a subject matter expert in creating cohesive, accurate narratives using our data for government and fundraising reports, ensuring alignment with Zeta's values and vision.
  • Reporting Lifecycle Management: Manage the reporting calendar, ensuring full compliance and efficiency in data reporting processes.
  • Data Reports Expertise: Deeply understand and effectively utilize Zeta's data architecture for diverse reporting needs, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Training and Operational Management: Design and deliver training materials for the operations of internal and external assessments, such as the state test.
  • Building for Scale: Lead the ideation and implementation of solutions to streamline reporting structures and enhance scalability of end-to-end assessment processes.

We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis. The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
