Vice President of Operations at Cellares

We are looking for a highly motivated Vice President of Operations to lead, oversee, and ensure the successful operation of a state-of-the-art multi-product cell therapy manufacturing facility at Cellares.

  • Manage the launch, ramp-up, and oversight of cGMP Operations for autologous and allogeneic cell therapy products
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure safe and compliant manufacturing operations
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Operations team
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators
  • Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies within cell therapy Technical Operations
  • Lead and participate in regulatory and internal audits
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field
    • Minimum of 12+ years of operations experience in the biotech/biopharma industry
    • Experience in cGMP manufacturing, Quality Systems, and regulatory compliance
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills
    • History of managing commercial manufacturing operations and startup experience
    • Experience with tech transfer, process validation, and project management
