Are you a master at shaking up the world of distribution operations? We are on the lookout for a passionate individual to join us in revolutionizing the way we handle business at MONSTER. Dive into the role of a Distribution Operations Manager where your mission will be to review, analyze, and evaluate our business procedures, and implement fresh policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to elevate our day-to-day operations to new heights while crafting strategies that perfectly align with our organization's goals and exceed customer service expectations. Keep a keen eye on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all shipping locations to ensure productivity, utilization, compliance, and safety are always in check.

  • Set the pace for organizational and personnel objectives and plans at MONSTER.
  • Foster seamless execution, coordination, and communication across teams and organizations to hit those performance goals.
  • Hold the reins on hiring, firing, and all other people management duties.
  • Innovate by developing fresh products, processes, standards, or business plans that bolster the Function, Segment, or Business Unit strategy.
  • Lay down the essential components of the business plan with a measurable impact on departmental results, focusing on short-to-mid-term achievements.
  • Take charge of budget accountability for your area of responsibility.
  • Your decisions carry weight, impacting the mid to long-term success of the division.
  • Drive moderate to significant enhancements to processes, systems, or products to boost discipline performance.
  • Tackle tricky to moderately complex problems and issues that demand meticulous information gathering and analysis.
  • Engage in regular communication with internal and external parties, subordinates, functional peer groups, and even top-tier stakeholders.
  • Work on justifying and securing cooperation on practices, policies, and procedures from external parties.
  • Lead the charge in shaping and executing the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for our entire distribution operations.
  • Nurture vendor relationships and ensure compliance with all SOPs within the distribution network.
  • Embark on numerous site visits to track performance and maintain operational fluidity across the distribution operation.
  • Keep a close watch on monthly costs and expenditures, ensuring they align with established targets and company standards.
  • Constantly hatch strategies and action plans to slash waste and boost efficiencies.
  • Define measurement metrics and establish performance targets for distribution-related functions in line with company objectives for vendors.
  • Leverage data-driven analytical tools and systems to continually monitor operations, pinpoint inefficiencies, and craft optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to synchronize strategies and processes with our overarching company objectives and directives.
  • Ensure all internal distribution centers adhere to company safety standards, industry safety protocols, and comply with regulatory norms like OSHA, DOT, and governmental regulations.

Join Us:

Education: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse Operations, or a related field of study.

Experience: Over 7 years of hands-on experience in Logistics and Warehouse Operations.

Computer Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with SAP ECC, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Base Pay Range: $142k - $168k
