We are seeking a Business Development Director (12 to 15 years' experience) with a proven track record of creating sales opportunities, closing deals, and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships with clients in the US staffing industry.

The Staffing Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the company's Resource Staffing division by connecting clients with the right resources. The ideal candidate will help boost growth by identifying potential clients and aiming to make the company their go-to staffing provider.

This role calls for a perfect blend of determination, interpersonal skills, and a focus on mutual success. The candidate must excel at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As an emerging business partner, they will drive the company's business development efforts.

Responsibilities of Business Development Director (inside/outside sales):

  • Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and educate them on the company's services.
  • Find potential clients through referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Work with the recruitment team to match profiles with job requirements.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with clients to showcase the company's value and encourage them to use the staffing services.
  • Proactively establish partnerships with new clients and manage relationships with existing accounts.
  • Onboard MSP providers for staffing large accounts and oversee the application process.
  • Develop client relationships through office visits, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Utilize strategic client outreach methods, market analysis, communication strategies, and client research to uncover business opportunities.
  • Present the company's value proposition to senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain client information in the CRM system and handle vendor agreements and invoicing.
  • Identify business prospects through research, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Initiate connections with potential clients by researching organizations and engaging with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales, especially in the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B cold calling, account acquisition, and management.
  • Strong work ethic and a track record of surpassing individual goals in a team setting.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of ATS platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service abilities.
  • Degree in Business or related field preferred.
