Role Overview:

  • Work as a Custody Service Officer to provide personalized services to high net-worth clients
  • Handle account opening, administration, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for Custody product
  • Process financial transactions and approve cases efficiently
  • Adhere strictly to bank policies to mitigate risks
  • Support client retention and new business development

Skills Required:

  • Strong client communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Desired Skills:

  • Effective team player
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Location Expectation:

Employees are expected to work in the Jacksonville office on a hybrid working model
