CHRISTUS offers a year-long developmental and on-boarding initiative to assist newly licensed registered nurses in acquiring the necessary skills and confidence for delivering top-notch patient care. This includes evidence-based training and honing critical thinking abilities under the guidance of our esteemed professionals.
Every new graduate joining the CHRISTUS Cabrini team will participate in a thorough orientation program and be paired with a dedicated preceptor.
Your assigned preceptor, based in your unit, will mentor you, introduce you to the workflow, and lead you through a structured curriculum focusing on progressive skill enhancement and patient care responsibilities.
