Our comprehensive program includes a year-long developmental and onboarding process, where you'll work alongside our experienced professionals to develop your clinical skills and critical thinking abilities. You'll also receive a structured curriculum of progressive skill development and patient care assignments, ensuring you're well-prepared for your role.
As a participant in our RN Residency Program, you'll be assigned a personal preceptor who will guide you through the program and provide ongoing support. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, gaining valuable experience and building your professional network.
To be eligible for our RN Residency Program, you must:
- Graduate from an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Hold a current Louisiana RN license
- Be CPR certified through the American Heart Association
- Demonstrate interest in professional growth and development
