Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, you'll be the mastermind behind IRSC's campus and online student wellness engagement. From Massey to Mueller, you'll plan and implement fun-filled activities that support student success and well-being. Get ready to make a difference across all our campuses

What You'll Do:

  • Be the superhero of our Student Wellness Center operations, responding to inquiries and ensuring student needs are met.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor a variety of student wellness activities think mental health initiatives, wellness workshops, and more
  • Get creative with promotional materials and maintain our wellness webpages to keep students in the loop.
  • Keep the wellness party going by assisting with supply inventory and any other tasks needed to support our programming.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision, this position identifies, plans, and implements IRSC campus and online student wellness engagement opportunities across all IRSC campuses (Massey, Pruitt, Chastain, Dixon Henry, and Mueller) to support IRSC students across all campuses

Duties include:
coordinating, and implementing college wide student engagement opportunities that promote student wellness, fosters inclusion, and wellness education. This role supports student success through student wellness programming.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plans, coordinates, and monitors college wide student wellness activities including but not limited to wellness and mental health initiatives that support student retention and success. Assists with the development of promotional materials, flyers, and posters for student wellness engagement opportunities; maintains the wellness webpages. Collaborates with other College departments to expand Student Wellness programming. 35%
  • Assists with supply inventory for the Student Wellness and any other tasks needed to support Student Wellness Center programming. 20%
  • Completes all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 5%

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree; one (1) year of related work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
  • Knowledge of office practices and equipment including telephone etiquette.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, computer programs, technology, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of graphic design or marketing desired.
  • Knowledge of student engagement methods and online methodology.
  • Skill in organizing, time management, and prioritizing.
  • Ability to be accurate, pay attention to details, be people oriented, multitask, work independently as well as with others, and be selfmotivated.

From $16.85 per hour
