Overview:

This is a REMOTE HYBRID position; co-worker must be located either in the Oklahoma City or Springfield, MO region to deliver on-site training.

The Talent Development Senior Specialist will support training strtegies by actively serving on development team and communicating strategy with the facility served and is responsible for the development and management of all phases of a project including project scope, development, assembling of a project team, identification of resources, project plan development, monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required, Masters Degree Preferred
  • Licensure: Discipline credentials up-to-date
  • Experience: 10 or more years education/training experience
