- Adaptable to emerging technologies, with a demonstrated capacity for continuous learning and integration into technical skill sets
- Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting various devices such as smartphones, tablets, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals both on-site and remotely.
- Proficient in virus, malware, and spam remediation tools, as well as TCP/IP and general networking problem-solving.
