As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

This position will in addition assist the team with organization and keep the space tidy and maintained.

Duties:

  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Checkin and checkout clients efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to clients inquiries
  • Assist clients with bookings and provide information about our services
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the overall shop assisting with daily back of house simple duties providing assistance to providers
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
  • Organized and ability to asstst providers to maintain cleanliness
