Summary
You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the INTELLIGENCE DEPARTMENT (N2) of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND.

Responsibilities

You will develop, implement, administer, and monitor the Command Information Security program.

You will review and evaluate subordinate commands' security programs to verify compliance and compatibility with national level policy.

You will provide guidance, instruction, and assistance on specific matters relating to Information Security issues/activities in response to requests.

You will devise solutions for information security policy and operational problems that are beyond the capability of subordinate commands.

You will determine compliance with applicable information security directives and direct corrective action as necessary.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.


Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Assisting with program development, implementation, and management of Activity Security Management Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs, SCI facilities management, and security education and training.

Experience

refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
