Your mission will be to design and deliver engaging training programs that not only transfer knowledge but also inspire innovation and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities Manage and continuously improve Training and Adoption programs across the enterprise to promote awareness and effective use of critical tools, technologies, and best practices.

Partner with key stakeholders across the business and technology teams to identify the most effective instructional strategies and ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.

Build relationships throughout the company that will assist with understanding business challenges and how we can improve adoption and value of our technology.

Support a standardized Technology organization communication strategy. Coordinate andor conduct training and create communications to support critical projects and changes.

Orchestrate the strategy and upkeep of training plans for new or updated processes, products, and services, ensuring they're current and effective.

Design and tailor technical training programs to meet the needs of a diverse, global audience. Provide coaching and training to new and existing Subject Matter Experts to enhance technology adoption across the Enterprise.

Coordinate with technology teams to ensure messaging reaches indented recipients for projects and changes to the technology landscape. Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback to make continuous improvements. Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience 5+ years of experience in a professional role related to technology training and development. In-depth knowledge of instructional design methodologies, and various training and development approaches. Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and informative training materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiencesJob Requisition ID:18870
