Experience:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations


• Candidates must live at least 90 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

Additional Details:

Shift: 3 Day/Evening

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): 16 – 24 Every 4th weekend

Call Requirements: No, but available if interested

Years of Experience: 2+ preferred but not required for the right candidate

Float Requirements: Covers ED/Inpatient/OR units in a 700 bed Level I Trauma teaching hospital

Must Have Skills/Experience: Inpatient, Trauma, ED, Intensive Care, and OR imaging

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Level I Trauma preferred but not required for the right candidate

Type of Patients on Unit: We support every unit and specialty in the hospital

Scrub Color: NA – Offer hospital scrubs if preferred, hospital scrubs required in the OR

Any unacceptable attire: Jeans, unprofessional screen printing

Our need for traveler X-ray techs at this time is primarily for OR coverage. If requisitions are not approved, we will not have sufficient coverage for the OR and/or there will be significant delays in imaging ED and inpatients.
