You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of our Electronic Games (E-Games) machines.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair a variety of E-Games machines, keeping them operating smoothly and efficiently.
- Safely handle the relocation and movement of E-Games machines within the casino floor.
- Assist with game conversions and floor upgrades, ensuring all machines are updated.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with E-Games machines, resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
- Perform preventative maintenance on E-Games to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other technicians, supervisors, and casino personnel to maintain a seamless gaming operation.
- Ensure all work adheres to gaming regulations and safety protocols.
- You enjoy taking initiative and demonstrating a commitment to learning new skills and technologies.
- You can identify complex issues, troubleshoot effectively, and escalate problems when necessary.
- You proactively offer and seek assistance from guests and colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
- You demonstrate strong computer literacy to diagnose and resolve E-Games malfunctions.
