Job Description

Hard Rock Tulsa is searching for a skilled and reliable Electronic Games Technician to join our growing team In this fast-paced role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our guests have an uninterrupted and enjoyable gaming experience. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of our Electronic Games (E-Games) machines.

What You'll Do
  • Install, maintain, and repair a variety of E-Games machines, keeping them operating smoothly and efficiently.
  • Safely handle the relocation and movement of E-Games machines within the casino floor.
  • Assist with game conversions and floor upgrades, ensuring all machines are updated.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with E-Games machines, resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on E-Games to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other technicians, supervisors, and casino personnel to maintain a seamless gaming operation.
  • Ensure all work adheres to gaming regulations and safety protocols.

Requirements
  • We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of previous E-Games experience or 1 year of previous experience in a technical field such as IT, electrical, or equivalent.
  • Completion of IGT Courses: MT321, MT412, MT413, and MT103.
  • Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
  • This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
  • Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
