Overview:
Locke Lord LLP is seeking an Intern in our Dallas Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Hospitality team in setting up and cleaning out conference rooms
- Prepare and refresh supplies and coffee on four floors throughout the day
- Set up offices and workstations for new hires and visiting attorneys; clean and dismantle equipment for newly vacated offices
- Maintain office furniture inventory, placement and facilities storage areas.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
- Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, strong organizational and research skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. repeatedly
- Only applicants meeting the above-noted experience level and skills will be contacted for an interview
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance
