Position Overview: We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee the operations of Le PasSage & The Rose Cafe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and managing operations to meet the highest standards in food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the dining room team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct daily line-ups and provide on-the-floor support during service.
  • Maintain and enhance service standards through effective communication with kitchen and events teams.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and oversee financial operations.
  • Develop and foster a positive team environment.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual with a strong background in hospitality and full-service dining. A passion for learning, particularly in wine and cuisine, is essential. The successful candidate will consistently strive to exceed guest expectations.
