Creative Marketing Coordinator

Located in Madison, WI, Frank Productions was established in 1964 and is one of the largest concert promotion companies in the United States. Frank Productions, a joint venture partner with Live Nation, offers full-service concert promotion involved in every facet of live entertainment events, including talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, and special events. We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO, and Charleston, SC.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO
Design, deliver, and assist the Creative Department in producing a wide variety of creative needs for company brands and venues Design custom digital and print graphics across a multitude of formats and platforms, including, but not limited to, social media, web, large and small format printing (calendars, billboards, brochures, poster, flyers, handbills, etc.) Localize, resize, and recreate event advertising materials using everything from JPEGS to professionally created, layered PSD files Assist with designing custom graphics for local events and non-concert events as needed Assist with creating motion graphics for use in marketing campaigns and advertisements as needed Implement pre-existing company branding guidelines in design work to ensure brand consistency across all creative projects Maintain and manage the folder structure and database of the Creative Department's assets including fonts, artwork, show graphics, internal projects, photos, and more Maintain and manage deadlines in department's project management software All other duties as assignedWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Applicable experience in creative marketing Working knowledge and ability to work in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat Intermediate skill level with current Apple OS Understanding of the elements and principles of design Excellent time-management skills and the ability to change focus, meet tight turnarounds, and important deadlines Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group e-mails, and instant messaging Ability to accept and offer constructive criticism related to creative work Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills Ability to adapt and be flexible Committed to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion Ability to learn and work within systems such as MS Office, project management tools, and other company softwarePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Extended periods of sitting at a computer station or work desk Utilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipmentTo apply, submit a portfolio with 7-10 images of your work that showcase a range of styles that demonstrate your knowledge of composition, layout, typography, and your breadth of creative problem solving. Images should be saved as one pdf document. Inclusion of titles, date of creation, and a brief description of the work may be included.
This position is expected to work forty (40) hours per week or more. This position is an at-will position, meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time without notice or cause.
