Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales associates to enhance the customer shopping experience

  • Ensuring appropriate stock levels are sustained and that sizes and styles are well-represented
  • Preparing merchandise for display on the sales floor, including showcasing shoes

Required Qualifications:

  • 6 - 9 months of retail background
  • Demonstrating a friendly and positive attitude consistently
  • Taking initiative in completing tasks independently
  • Displaying strong organizational and efficiency skills
  • Capable of kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, using stairs, reaching, pulling, and lifting weights typically ranging from 5-30 pounds
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
