$18 per hour


Calo Programs is a unique organization comprising an extraordinary group of programs (family intensives, preteen and teen residential treatment centers, and young adult transition programs) all dedicated to healing the effects of early trauma.

Calo Lake Ozark student capacity is 144 students across six different programs with a desire for continued expansion and diversification as appropriate.

Calo when at full occupancy, employs approximately 225+ employees.

Responsibilities:


This is primarily responsible for office management with greeting visitors, answering all incoming calls, and representing Calo programs to all visitors and callers.

The position is the "point person" in support of the Calo Leadership team in accomplishing a variety of administrative duties.

The Office Manager is highly interactive and requires the utmost professionalism and customer services.

To be successful, the Office Manager must be adept at communication as they will be at the center of many campus operations and influence campus rhythms.


This role will have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership, demonstrated strengths in working as part of a team, confidentiality, diplomacy, and tactfulness are imperative to be successful in this position while obtaining professionalism and a strong customer focus.


Qualifications:

Qualifications:
At least 21 years of age

Ability to pass state and federal criminal background check.

Experience – 5+ years' experience as an administrative assistant or customer service equivalent. 2+ years' experience in a Healthcare or residential treatment facility experience preferred.

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite along with proficient computer skills

Education – Accredited High School/GED is required.

Physical Requirements

Sitting/Standing – employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Walking – employee may be required to walk considerable distance during the workday

Carrying – the employee may be required to carry objects in his or her arms and must have full mobility of arms to perform Safe Crisis Management (SCM)

Lifting – employee may be required to raise or lower students from one level to another during the shift and must be able to lift 45 pounds to perform SCM

Stooping and crouching – The employee is required to bend forward at the waist and/or kneel to perform SCM
