Hours

  • B Shift | Mon-Wed & Every Other Sun | 6pm 6am (12 hour shifts)

Wages

  • Ranging from approximately $30$40/hour
- **Wages are based on experience, skill and performance history

  • B Shift has a $2/hour shift premium

Major Job Function


The primary responsibility of the Extruder Technical Team Leader is to keep the machines running at the highest level of proficiency as possible.

This position will be responsible for both assisting the Supervisor in the overall operation of his or her assigned shift, as well as controlling and monitoring the film production of his or her designated lines.

The Technical Leader should have a high working understanding of the extruder lines and have the ability to coach employees on its operations and communicate to people the basic functions of the machinery.

Required

  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal personnel.

Education:
Required

  • High School or better
