Duration: 3-Month Temp to Engage

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

No Covid Vaccination Policy

Position Overview: As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for providing consistent and high-quality food and beverage setups/services to clients, maintaining cleanliness standards, and coordinating meeting rooms and events. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, hospitality experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage may be required.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50-55 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down conference rooms according to event orders.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and events, including arranging catering and refreshments.
  • Provide general assistance in cleaning kitchen and function areas.
  • Manage conference/hospitality calendar and greet clients and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchens, conference rooms, and pantries.
  • Order and track inventory for supplies, food, and beverages.
  • Perform general clerical, copy center, mail, and delivery duties as required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Basic PC skills and ability to use office equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
  • Some physical effort required, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Moderate dexterity required for operating office machines and technical equipment.
