Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Financial Acumen: Understand costs, revenue, billings, projections, margin, gains, fades, etc.
  • Estimating and Change Orders: Assist in change order estimates, identify scope gaps, and coordinate vendor and sub quotes.
  • Basic knowledge of scheduling, pull planning, and scheduling software.
  • Assist in meeting deadlines, issuing constraint logs, and aligning manpower with budgets.
  • Utilize various project management software for daily tasks.
  • Document Control: Analyze blueprints, review proposals, and track submittals and shop drawings.
  • Project Logistics: Coordinate material procurement, ensure compliance, and provide status updates.
  • Leadership Skills: Manage customers, vendors, subcontractors, and teams effectively.
  • Process and Procedures: Follow documented processes, use technology platforms, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Maintain customer relations and uphold corporate culture while balancing company interests.

Qualifications Desired:
  • Minimum 3 years of electrical Assistant Project Manager experience.
  • Experience with take-offs and estimates in Accubid preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction practices and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate core values of relationships, professionalism, results, continuous improvement, and community.
