Job DescriptionAt NorthBay Health, the Senior Physician Recruiter is a member of the talent acquisition team with responsibility for the recruitment process for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs).

This role involves full- cycle recruitment actives defining sourcing strategies, generating qualified candidates, and the outreach necessary for building and maintaining a provider recruitment pipeline.

Participates in the development of programs to ensure the continuous flow of quality applicants to meet the current and future needs of the organization.

The Sr. Physician Recruiter will develop strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment plans aligned with the organization's needs and objectives. Evaluating and refining the recruitment processes, including candidate experience and performance indicators, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

This Recruiter will act as a subject matter expert on various topics including specialization, healthcare market insights, labor changes, marketing initiatives, sourcing strategies, attraction of diverse candidates, and technical and other recruitment trends.

Hybrid position, candidates must reside in a commutable distance from Fairfield, California.

Qualifications Education:
Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, health related field or business administration is required.

OR combination of education and 8 years of experience in Physician recruitment may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.


Memberships:
Membership in Association of Staff Physician Recruiters ("ASPR"), or other industry relevant associations, preferred

Licensure/Certification:
None required. Recruitment Certification preferred.

AIRS certification preferred Experience:
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a healthcare organization.

Experience in healthcare recruitment (with physician recruitment being preferred), physician relations, or working with physicians in a program offering experience in coordinating physicians practice.

Experience in Human Resources or related business area addressing employee relations preferred.

Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry, terminology and standards. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure. Exceptional interview skills and ability to discern character. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. Requires data management and business intelligence skills. Demonstrated high level skill with Boolean searches. Exceptional social skills. Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions. Requires superb communications skills, both verbal and written. Ability to establish strong rapport quickly, persuasive communication style. Proficient PC and skills with various computer programs. Interpersonal

Hours of Work:
Flexible, may require evening or weekends (exempt position). Hybrid remote schedule but must be available and flexible. Must be available to travel and attend events.

Compensation:
