  • Adhere to 5S methodology in the engineering lab and offsite facilities.
  • Maintain engineering lab equipment and ensure security.
  • Assist in product teardowns and inspections.
  • Collaborate with engineering personnel on prototype development and testing.
  • Create development properties for engineering evaluation.
  • Construct fixtures and test stands using metal working equipment.
  • Conduct testing on materials, structures, and components.
  • Support internal and external audits for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 Certification.
  • May require travel, including international trips.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Advanced skills in steel component fabrication.
  • Ability to work in a shop environment.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Confidentiality: This role requires confidentiality.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not involve direct supervision.

Work Environment: Office setting and plant floor.

Physical Demands: Handling objects, walking, standing, kneeling, and occasional lifting.
