This project management role is strategic based, supportive of our team's initiatives, and can effectively facilitate and collaborate cross-functionally with each of our partners, dealers, and customers.

It extends from solution hardware, software and services, to user experience, dealer/customer support, and value-added contributions.

The day-to-day life of this Connected Vehicle Project Manager involves managing all aspects of the Hino Trucks connected vehicle technology to enhance operations, customer satisfactions with internal stakeholders and partners, and our strategies.

Additionally, the Connected Vehicle Project Manager will need to:
Lead internal and external teams and consistently deliver value-add and ROI
Resolve technical issues timely and construct innovative ways to improve the customer experience
Manage third party integrations, existing relationships, and new partnerships/solutions
Ensure goals are met in areas including sales, customer satisfaction, SLA's and key metrics

Lead data analysis and reporting of connected vehicle enabled actionable intelligence and initiate and facilitate stakeholder meetings for planning, education, communication, strategy, services, decisions, transparency, etc.

This hybrid position reports to the Director- Marketing, Dealer Operations, and Connected Vehicle and has direct reports assigned.

5 to 10 years' experience in program management, connected vehicle, and/or advanced technology
Understanding of dealer service operations and telematics

Detail-oriented and well organized
Willingness to travel nationally up to 15% of the time
