Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop precise and detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
  • Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to establish project budgets
  • Negotiate and secure competitive prices from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Monitor and regulate project costs, adjusting estimates as necessary during the project lifecycle

Position Essential Job Functions:
