About the role:

Join as the Assistant Firm Administrator at Squire, responsible for general accounting tasks, billing system administration, report preparation, and other assigned duties. This role demands confidence, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, reporting directly to the Firm Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead billing administrator role.
  • Track accounts receivable and follow up with clients.
  • Provide financial reports to staff & management.
  • Create and manage client reports.
  • Assist in client onboarding and vendor management.
  • Manage document systems and assist in new hire training.
  • Support various accounting tasks and oversee office supplies and building management.
  • Handle client correspondence and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Backup admin for tax preparation during busy seasons.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with office procedures and equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthiness and confidentiality with information.
  • Ability to learn new technology and troubleshoot independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and accountable.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between offices.
