The Talent Acquisition Specialist recruits top talent for the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute plans to fill positions with qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ATS Management
    1. Maintain Candidate database to ensure up to date status on all candidates for all positions.
    2. Partnering with Hiring Managers, create and maintain library of phone screen templates for all open positions.
    3. In coordination with HR Manager, maintain library of offer letter templates for internal and external offers.
    4. Create and Maintain candidate email templates.
    5. Maintain library of job descriptions in iSolved Hire and manage job postings to external sites
    6. Manage Employee Referral Job Posting Site
    7. Maintain accurate records, generating recruitment reports as requested.

Recruitment

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
  2. Source candidates through various sources, such as job boards, job fairs, community events, social media, professional networks and referrals.
  3. Conduct phone screens/ first round interviews.
  4. Schedule in person interviews with candidates and hiring mangers.
  5. Communicate effectively with candidates during all stages of the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  7. Maintain detailed understanding of employee benefit packages
  8. Employee Onboarding
    1. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires through Orientation. Including Offer Extension, Pre-Employment Paperwork, Agent Registration, RVT Training and Orientation Scheduling.
  9. Employment Branding
    1. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices for recruitment, actively seeking our an participating in outside recruitment events
    2. Be an ambassador of the organization, in coordination with the HR Manager, participate in community events, promoting Buds as an employer of choice.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Previous internships or work experience in HR or related field preferred.

Knowledge of relevant Federal and State employment laws, regulations and company policies including EEO and data privacy regulations

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office applications
