How You'll Contribute:
- Ensure the outlet center is clean, safe, and provides a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Drive NOI by increasing revenue streams and managing expenses effectively.
- Identify underperforming metrics, develop strategies, and manage business plans to maximize property NOI.


- Develop strong relationships with store managers, collaborate with operations teams, and lead marketing initiatives.
- Build and train a team that embodies the Tanger brand and ensures the center operates at high standards.
- Maintain a safe shopping environment, support local retailers, and liaise with corporate departments for field support.
About You:
- You have excellent decision-making skills, leadership experience, and a passion for people.
- Strong communication skills, team-building abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of management experience required, retail or real estate industry experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule including holidays and dedicated to driving business forward.
