Print Room Responsibilities:
Print brochures once received from SuiteG (blanks, 1st Class & 3rd Class)
Cut, Fold, Tab brochures and deliver to Post Office
Order supplies from Post Office related to the print production
Print and bind info books, as needed
Print, cut and hole punch lot tags
Print thank you cards, as needed
Uploading Responsibilities:
Convert all documents to be able to upload to website
Upload all brochures & listings to the website
Post all auctions on AuctionZip, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google & Twitter
Room Management:
Move paper around, order supplies when low
Operate Multiple Machines & Maintain (Upkeep, Cleaning & Minor Maintenance)
Keep a clean and organized workspace
Must be detail oriented and self motivated
High Standard of Quality
