  • Northridge, Los Angels CA Experience: 10 years As an Onshore Tech lead, you will lead the effort to establish the architecture and design for Cloud Technology group.
You will accomplish this through working closely with onshore and offshore technical teams to understand and implement the business and technical requirements.

As a part of the Cloud team, you will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the strategic product roadmap.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and lead the system architecture, enable critical system performance requirements, and maintain architecture from feasibility to commercialization.

Responsibilities. Participate in system/platform architecture roadmap definition & planning. Collaborate with technical teams to define & refine key system requirements in early stages. Work closely with offshore technical teams on design, development, deployment and troubleshoot production issues. Partner with the project teams to maintain architecture through development, qualification, and commercialization of the project. Work closely with the technical leads on product development programs to lead technical integration topics across engineering disciplines. Attend and provide guidance on technical reviews at design & integration cycle milestones. Assesses issues across a systems platform and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Must Have:
Minimum Requirements Bachelor or higher degree and 8 years in system/subsystem design development, or other software development experience Strong J2EE experience on EJB, Rest API, Microservices IAM and SSO Experience on Redis, Oracle SQL Relational Database concepts, SQL, joins, index, triggers etc Web Services Rest, SOAP Intellij, Git, SonarQube/SonarLint JBOSS (or any other application server knowledge Excellent communication skills, Being proactive and Ability to closely collaborate with various teams in different timezones Good thought leadership with both business and technology outlook Agile Experience Ability to work in dynamic and fast paced work environment. Nice to Have Good to have - Spring Boot Good to have experience on AWS Cloud services such as Amazon Elastic Cashe, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, S3, Apache Storm Experience in System Safety and Security Experience in medical device product development Experience in implementing products that have to integrate into multiple platforms Experience in leading development of distributed systems Well-developed collaboration skills with proven track record of interfacing between multiple groups and functions (R&D, PMO, Marketing, Regulatory, QA, and External Experts)
