Job Summary
Pico Propane and Fuels is a leading provider of propane, fuel, and lubricants, dedicated to serving residential, commercial, and agricultural customers across Texas and New Mexico. With a strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service, we are committed to helping our clients meet their energy needs efficiently and effectively.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our commercial sales efforts across the Texas Hill Country. This role will focus on expanding our market presence in Austin and surrounding areas, including Travis, Hays, Comal, Blanco, Kendall, Gillespie, and Kerr counties. The ideal candidate will also work closely with the home builder community to promote and sell gas appliances and accessories, including fireplaces, log sets, gas ranges, ovens, hoods, outdoor kitchen appliances, water heaters, and standby residential generators.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is required and/or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the propane, fuel, or energy sectorsSkills and/or Abilities:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong understanding of the Texas Hill Country market, particularly Austin and surrounding areas Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and an insurable driving record.
