Closing and Recovery

This is an evening closing position focused exclusively on preparing the restaurant to open in perfect conditions the following morning.


This position includes but is not limited to:
Washing dishes

Cleaning cooking machines and equipment

Special non-daily cleaning tasks (weekly, quarterly, etc )

Restocking and organizing supplies

Cleaning potentially all areas of the restaurant including kitchen, counter and bathrooms

Flexible schedule but must be available nights including Fridays and Saturdays.


Trust, integrity, self-motivation, ability to work alone or as a Team, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, common sense, logic, pleasant attitude, physical strength, bulletproof reliability and willingness to get wet and dirty are all vital to this role.


If you enjoy bringing recovery, order and perfectionism in a high paced environment to prepare things perfectly for the next morning this is the position for you.

Advancement is very possible based on your personal ambition, talent and desire.

Again, MUST work MOST weekends, excluding Sundays.

No Sundays.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.

Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.

Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade.

It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
