The Senior Marketing Programs Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing Marketing and Sales programs support to our leaders and their teams with day-to-day logistics and events.

This position is part of the North American Marketing team located in Jersey City, NJ and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Customer Programs Team and report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Customer Programs.If you thrive in a fast-paced role and want to work to build a world-class marketing organization-read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Organize and drive many facets of events, meetings and logistics
  • Work independently and in collaboration with others to manage, develop, and/or improve templates, processes, and programs
  • Maintain departmental metrics, scheduler, toolkit and budget
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education with 5+ years of marketing programs and/or administrative support experience
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines at one time with minimal supervision and with the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
  • Skilled communicator, excellent presentation skills, and listening skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Project and/or event management
  • Highly proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

The hourly range for this role is $ $36.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
