Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RN Admission Director to join our team.

This remote role is pivotal in managing and overseeing the admission processes for our senior communities, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our new residents and their families.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the Remote Admission Team.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date resident information.
Monitor and report on key metrics related to admissions and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Active RN license required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Previous nursing leadership experience is essential.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.
