Annual Salary: $49,450+ (Salary placement is based on experience and education level.)

Job Summary:
This position involves guiding students in their academic journey, fostering a positive and safe learning environment, and helping them reach their full potential. Encouraging responsible behavior and academic growth is key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create an engaging classroom environment to promote student learning and growth.
  • Motivate students to develop necessary skills for future education and career paths.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Develop tailored lesson plans and materials to support students' learning needs.
  • Supervise students during school activities.
  • Administer standardized tests following school guidelines.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Colorado Teaching License.
  • Endorsed in the relevant content area with required test scores or credits.
  • Transcripts and background checks will be required.
