Are you a licensure candidate? We provide free clinical supervision while you complete your clinical hours with Youth Dynamics

Lead Clinical Staff play a special role for the Alternative Youth Adventures by providing individual, group, and family therapy in a campus-based treatment setting. You will act as a clinical leader by providing support to youth in the classroom and in therapeutic youth homes.

What We Need from You:

The children and families of Youth Dynamics care deserve to receive the best services Montana communities have to offer. Successful candidates will possess Montana licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or will have Licensure Candidate status. We welcome Lead Clinical Staff at all stages of their careers. However, to ensure that we provide the best services, we will give preference to those with experience working with at-risk families or those who have skills in therapeutic interventions and coordinating treatment with other professionals in the community.

What You Will Receive from Us:

Lead Clinical Staff's salary ranges from $54,933.00 to $62,793.00 in year one depending on performance. Over your tenure with Youth Dynamics, there are opportunities for increased pay depending on performance growing your salary range from $58,279.00 to $66,617.00 by year three.

Each year a Lead Clinical Staff at Youth Dynamics has the opportunity to earn a 3% raise and a 13% bonus based on services provided. Base salary depending on Licensure Status and experience.

Key Qualifications
LCPC, LCSW, or Licensure Candidate Status

Preference may be given to those with experience providing service and or therapy to at-risk families or those skilled in therapeutic interventions and coordinating treatment with other professionals in the community.

Experience with Youth Dynamics services or those similar to Youth Dynamics services is preferred.
