About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Clinical Operations team at Behavioral Innovations. As a Lead RBT, you will play a critical role in providing training to clinical staff, managing and ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our Therapy Teams, and driving the growth and development of our therapists and RBTs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training to clinical staff on best-in-class practices, treatment style, and approach.
  • Manage and ensure the effective and efficient operation of our Therapy Teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and development of our therapists and RBTs.
  • Work closely with Center Administrators and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to prepare assessment reports, client programming, and parent information.

Requirements
  • At least one-year early intervention experience in the field of ABA.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role that required supervision of employees.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
  • Must be RBT IV or higher.
  • Time management skills, observation skills, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to receive detailed information through written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to train others.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Friendly and engaging personality.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
