What we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in WordPress Platform
  • Specialization in WordPress Custom Theme Development and Plugin Development
  • Skills in WP Plugin Integration (WooCommerce, WPML, Membership plugins, etc.)

  • Adaptability to diverse and multicultural environments
  • Reliable workstation with necessary equipment for remote work

Responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of WordPress sites
  • Creation of custom themes and plugins
  • Migration of websites to WordPress
  • Integration and configuration of plugins like WPML, WooCommerce, Membership, etc.
  • Optimizing page speed for WordPress sites
  • Implementing SEO/CRO best practices in WordPress sites
  • Converting complex PSD layouts into precise HTML5/CSS3 templates
  • Designing responsive websites
  • Utilizing version control systems such as GIT/SVN
  • Working efficiently under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Delivering top-quality work with a strong focus on detail

Starting base pay for this role in select US states (California, New York, Washington, and Colorado) ranges from $15 to $35 per hour.
