- Conducir sesiones de entrenamiento tanto en entornos de salón de clases como prácticos, asegurando que los empleados comprendan y apliquen los conceptos de manera efectiva.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos gerentes de producción, expertos en la materia y profesionales de seguridad, para identificar necesidades de entrenamiento y desarrollar soluciones específicas.

- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias de la industria, mejores prácticas y requisitos regulatorios relacionados con procesos de manufactura, equipos y estándares de seguridad.

El turno será de 500 p. m. a 100 a. m. algunos fines de semana y se requieren ajustes de turno.
