As the Oracle HCM Technical Consultant, you will:

  • Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud applications
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
  • Perform technical configurations and enhancements to optimize Oracle HCM system performance
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support and maintenance
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless functionality
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials
  • Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance technical solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Clearance Required: None
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, either in a consulting role or as an end user working in a Human Resources department
  • Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in core modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Desired Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification
  • Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
  • Prior experience either in a consulting role or working in a public sector environment
  • Knowledge of global HCM processes and compliance requirements
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
