About the Opportunity: ? Job Title: Warehouse Associate ? Pay: $22/Hour ? Location: Big Lake, MN ? Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM. Daily functions:
  1. Assist in managing daily order activity within our systems to ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The goal is to ship 99% of orders within 24 hours.
  2. Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient scheduling of pick up, and delivery of packages.
  3. Palletize shipments, fill out necessary paperwork including bill of lading and export documents, and schedule truck shipments and deliveries with carriers.
  4. Collaborate with the Purchasing Department in maintaining adequate inventory levels to never run short. This will require periodic cycle counts and occasionally a wall-to-wall inventory to keep the systems as accurate as possible.
  5. Ensure we maintain an adequate supply of shipping supplies i.e cartons, tape, and misc supplies.
  6. Will be required to properly package and label shipments for UPS, FedEx, and various other carriers, ensuring compliance with minimal damage and/or loss while in transit.
  7. Learn and apply creative techniques of engraving products according to customer and system specifications.
  8. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Desired qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. 1-2 years of experience of shipping & receiving.
  3. Very familiar with and have a good understanding of shipping programs such as UPS, FedEx, and other similar platforms.
Physical requirements:
  1. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  2. Standing, walking, sitting for long durations of time
  3. Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, hand tools like tape guns and such.
