Account Receivable/Collection Specialist

Big Lake, MN
∙ Schedule:
1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7:30AM-4PM.
Daily functions:
Responsible for assisting accounts receivable collection, credit reference checks, cash applications and credit card processing,
Answer questions about invoices and research outstanding invoices
Process credits to customer accounts
Business-to-Business Collections
Desired qualifications:
High school diploma/GED.
Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
2+ years customer service experience required.
2+ years corporate collection experience preferred.
Advanced Skills using Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and communication skills (phones, letter, email).
Physical requirements:
Ability to type and talk at the same time.
Sitting for long durations of time.
Use hands and fingers to operate keyboard and phones.
