We are in search of a skilled professional for a crucial role.

  • Background check clearance mandatory.
  • Contract position for approximately 1 year.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a half-hour lunch break. Total of 35 hours per week.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting out-of-state travel administration by evaluating and approving travel requests exceeding the current policy.
  • Managing the state's mileage system, ensuring adherence to the mileage policy.
  • Overseeing the purchase card program, conducting post-audit tasks.
  • Interacting with agencies requiring guidance on out-of-state travel and mileage system.

Key qualifications:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in policy interpretation for travel or financial activities.
  • Associate's degree in accounting or finance.
