SALARY: $50,000 to $65,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate staff activities
- Assemble packages for decision by Branch Leadership
- Perform task management and reporting functions
- Track meeting action items and conduct follow-up activities to ensure items are completed in a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience working in an administrative/executive assistant, or secretarial position
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled at prioritization, multi-tasking, and working independently
- Current DHS badge
- Current Public Trust clearance or higher
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS clearance (Public Trust)
- Must work minimum expected 1,920 hours per year
