Fine Dining Oversight: Supervise all aspects of the dining room experience, ensuring a high standard of service in line with the community's upscale ambiance. Staff Training and Development: Train, mentor, and motivate dining room staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain professionalism at all times. Resident Satisfaction Focus: Proactively engage with residents to understand their preferences and ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations. Reservation Management: Efficiently manage dining room reservations, optimizing table turnover while accommodating resident preferences and special requests. Dining Room Presentation: Maintain impeccable dining room presentation standards, including table settings, decor, and ambiance, to enhance the overall dining experience. Special Event Coordination: Collaborate with culinary and event planning teams to organize and execute special dining events, such as holiday dinners and themed evenings. Menu Oversight and Adaptation: Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and adapt offerings to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Compliance and Safety Assurance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and emergency protocols. Budget Management: Assist in budget development and monitor dining room expenses to optimize resource allocation while delivering exceptional service. Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community through dining events, social gatherings, and personalized interactions, contributing to residents' overall well-being and satisfaction. Additional Responsibilities: Perform assigned duties as needed to fulfill departmental goals and objectives.Experience / Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of previous Front of House (FOH) Management experience in an upscale Hotel, Restaurant, or Private Club. A hands-on leader who leads by example, capable of building and developing a team with exceptional standards of service etiquette and hospitality. Innate hospitality skills, remaining calm under pressure while managing a private club dining room. Must reside in the Ashland, Oregon area. Computer literate with familiarity in POS systems or confidence in learning.Our Commitment to You:
