Purpose:

The Field Marketing and Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in executing the field marketing roadmap at designated accounts. This includes supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and launches to meet financial and other success targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Activation: Execute the launch of new brands and all on-site marketing, advertising, and promotional activities within budget, targeting the right audience, and generating demand.
  • Marketing Collateral: Create physical and digital marketing materials that align with brand standards and meet audience demands.
  • Resource Allocation: Guide the allocation of promotional resources to support field marketing priorities.
  • Creative Management: Manage creative requests for assigned accounts.
  • Account Support: Work with account management to develop effective programs and campaigns that meet critical account needs.
Guest, Client, and Community Engagement:
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with onsite dining/vendor support departments and partnering clients.
  • Community Outreach: Initiate and maintain relationships with local vendors, venues, and community organizations.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute account participation in community events to promote awareness of dining programs and increase auxiliary sales.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Hospitality, or Hotel Management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year marketing experience or internship experience. Contract dining experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to present to stakeholders and large groups.
