Caring In Action

RN/LPN Responsibilities Include:

  • One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
  • Delivery of specialized nursing care to medically complex, adult patients.
  • Patient assessments and coordination of care.
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of patients and/or family members.
  • Must be able to work one weekend per month.

RN/LPN Requirements for Success

  • Nurses with med-surg background, Behavioral Health
  • Nurses who are new to Home Health or New Graduates
  • RNs with licenses in good standing in the state where they will practice
  • Nurses with current CPR certification
  • Nurses willing to travel and visit adult patients in their home
